Greetings everyone!
Well, there are a few things that have been taking place since the last post and so here they are!
First off, Robbie continues to get bigger! He has been getting better with walking around the house (and other places). The other day, he was walking around the living room. Well, he raised both arms straight up and growled like a bear! It was too funny! Of course he is still mastering this and after a number of steps, promptly fell, got back up and resumed his growling. Chloe at times wonders what is going on, but she is having fun playing with Robbie.
Earlier this week, Cindy was going to her Tuesday morning bible study at church. Well, since Robbie is getting better at walking, they moved him up to the toddler group! (He is growing up so quickly!) Anyways, he was just walking along (with food I might add)and came upon a little girl who was in the same room as him. He came to her and said "HI" and promptly kept on walking! At least he has manners! LOL It is amazing how quickly he has grown in this past year! He began as a little peanut and now is a little boy who has some words down and is a character! (Don't know where he gets that from LOL).
Finally, after almost 12 years of being an employee of YES-FM, this Friday, the 25th will be my last day. It has been one of the most difficult decisions that I have had to make in my life. But after much prayer and talking with various people that I trust, it became time for me to step down from the station to spend more time with Cindy & Robbie, whom I love very much! While I will miss my "family" at Yes, I know that God will be faithful to help us make this transition as smooth as possible. It also helps me achieve one of my goals that I set a few years back in the desire to get down to one job. While I may not be a part of the team as an employee, I will still be available for various events in the future. In the meantime, my hours here at WLMB will change from 7-4 to 8-5 Monday thru Friday since we are now under one roof.
Until next time!
